Our Local Lead Facilitators average over 20 years working full-time in the Experiential Team Building, Training and Organizational Development world. We learned from the Best. We will consult with you and help you find a program that is the best fit for what you are looking to achieve with your team. If you are looking for something we cannot provide due to timing, resources, location or budget, we will try to help you find the right fit. We network with our industry peers, many of which are good friends.

We believe that since we teach Team Building, Healthy Competition, and Collaboration, it is our

Heart. We believe that we are here to Make A Difference in the lives of others. Team Building is a way to do just that. Most of our programs have a Social Responsibility aspect, creating a positive local impact for under-served members of our community. Veterans, Pet Shelters, Children’s Hospitals, and Food Banks are just some of the areas where you can make a difference. They receive the support so generously provided by your participation in these engaging Team Building events.

ANY of our programs can be turned into a “Give Back” opportunity. We have a Community Service Concierge that scours the local community to find good people doing great things locally that need some help. We match your desire for Team Bonding with an under-served charity and again Everyone Wins.
